  First off let me say that i have had AT&T in the past and was very happy with my service but today i was treated very unprofessionally. I took a friend to Wayne store to get new service and activate her new G6 which she purchased by mail and the man who greeted us was very rude and wouldn't listen to either of us. He only tried to sell her another $700 phone dismissing all her concerns and not listening at all. He was short with us and unprofessional. Long story short they lost her as a customer and MetoPCS on Wayne got a new customer.
